Title: Dialects of Temptation Vol. 1
Author: Doria Price
Release Date: 8th November 2017
Donna understands all too well what happens when trust is broken. Haunted by a friendship gone horribly wrong, she struggles to find balance between new relationships and fear of never waking up from this nightmare.
Everything changes when she meets a handsome co-worker with a mysterious past. As they grow closer, she can’t help but wonder what he’s hiding from her, and why.
As always, I try and be brutally honest with my reviews! I will say that I struggled to get into this book – however I think that was based on the fact that its was maybe too soppy for me! The story line is great, and you are hooked from the beginning, but I found the climax came too late.🖤
The storyline is conveyed well, and we understand clearly what’s going on between the characters. I think the level of detail could have been improved because I couldn’t quite decide on what I thought the characters looked like.✨
I did however love the fact that the characters are not your typical ‘rich man, poor woman’ type. Donna and Dorian are equals and I enjoyed reading their love story and how it bloomed minus the need for millions!
I found the more the story went on, the more I became hooked in their story. Shit Just Got Interesting type! I wasn’t expecting the twist towards the end, and I will be reading Vol 2 when it’s out!✨
If you love a quick, romantic, but somewhat realistic novel then I would recommend this book to you!🖤
